I’m Natasha Phipps — a real estate strategist, investment specialist Realtor, capital-raising expert, and the co-founder and CEO of WealthShare REIT. For over 18 years, I’ve helped investors and homeowners navigate the real estate landscape with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
I believe that wealth building should be accessible, strategic, and deeply intentional. That belief is what drives not only my real estate ventures but also my new coaching and public speaking offerings — designed to inspire others to take ownership of their financial future and tell their stories with power and confidence.
My passion lies in turning potential into performance — whether that’s transforming underutilized properties into thriving investments or empowering new and seasoned investors through education, strategy, and action.
Through my personal joint ventures and WealthShare REIT, I’ve personally raised over $10 million in capital for these projects.
My Story
My childhood was spent living in the country, riding horses and playing outside – my parents gave me a wonderful childhood and they unknowingly sparked my entrepreneurial spirit early on.
I bought my first property at a young age, not realizing at the time that it would become the foundation of my career. What started as a personal curiosity turned into a full-fledged passion for real estate, and over the past 18 years, I’ve built a business helping others do the same. But it wasn’t always easy. I had to learn by doing – navigating mistakes, market cycles, and mindset shifts, often without a guide.
That’s why I care so deeply about education, transparency, and empowering others. I’ve now raised millions in capital, executed many renovations and new builds, guided countless clients through complex real estate deals, and built a platform – WealthShare – that’s about more than profit. It’s about possibility and accessibility.
Today, I’m proud to be a voice for women in investing, a mentor to new and experienced entrepreneurs, and a speaker who believes in leading with both strategy and story.
